Over 400 publications have now come out of Hub research

Quantum technologies have the potential to profoundly impact every aspect of our lives.  To help fulfil this potential, the Hub focuses on overcoming the key research challenges required to accelerate progress within quantum computing and cement the UK’s position as a world leader in the quantum information economy.

In a little over four years, a significant body of work has come out of the Hub's activities.  There are now over 400 publications related to our research, which reflects the sustained efforts of our teams to push forward the boundaries of quantum computing and simulation. 

These publications highlight the many different challenges required to develop both near-term and long-term quantum computers and simulators.  They cover a wide breadth of hardware and software innovation and highlight the world-leading activities which the collaborative nature of the Hub makes possible.
